This pillow cover has a zipper and cost $3.99. I did not expect anything fancy. It is advertised to be 18x18 but it's more like 16 1/2" maybe on one side and then maybe a little shorter on the other. It was probably 18x18 before they sewed the fabric together. Anyway, it's flat fabric with a zipper. That's really all I needed, and that's what I got (minus a couple of inches). It's fine for what it is, but if you need the exact size, then this is not for you, or if you want texture, this is not for you. I just needed something to use to carry extra stuff, so this serves its purpose for me.
