The pillow is soft and squishy as described. The color is rich. The shape is not symmetrical, nor does the top dip down as a heart should. I'd rather have a rectangle shape than this heart. I anticipated that by paying more for this pillow that the heart shape would be more pronounced. Returning.It's good quality, definitely looks like a heart and the color is sweet. I just find it way too firm to put my head against.I had bought this for someone else. She loved it but we all joked about it because its more of a kidney shape than it is a heart shape. I shouldve read the reviews, seeing as they say the same thing. I looked at another pillow, similar to this one on amazon, saying that the pillow smells toxic but this one doesnt so im glad for that! So heres 3 stars!This pillow was just as I hoped... it was squishy and very well made.It is soft, it is washable, and it works for me. I was hoping it would be a little larger and a little more firm. I use it for side sleeping to comfort my shoulder. It is big enough for that. So I am happy.Soft and beautiful! I keep waiting for it to let go. I plan to reinforce it myself when I have a chance. Came through for me though when my daughter came up with a last minute request to Santa for a heart shaped pillow.I had to push and pull to make the cushion to look like a heart.
